Bid Plans - Draft plans that can be shown to contractors in order to convey the project clearly and obtain accurate bids, but do not include all details or construction notes.
Permit and Construction Plans - in lieu of bid plans, permit and/or construction plans can be drawn to submit to the city and get the project started. This phase is often completed during or after the selection of a contractor, who can have input on particular details, but does not have to be.
Renderings - draw, draft, or build a digital 3D model of a home for display, space-planning, or marketing purposes.
